Yep. A lot of founders forget to be leaders - and leading from the front means remaining optimistic and inspiring some hope, rather than being a bastard at the front of the pile shouting about how everyone else is a bastard.

Which is unironically the toughest part of the job.

I've worked with many companies and small-scale startups like this in the past. 

It's a particular plague across the crypto space where inexperienced founders often have their moods tied to price action.

The only use for people like this is to use how they make you feel, to ensure you don't make the same mistakes.
