does anyone know what the best time to cast is? 

farcaster.network shows it but not sure how to interpret it for now.

like noon - 7pm et in my experience only judging off feel

would imagine capturing WC outage times is the simple way to figure this one out. seems 7-10PM EST is key.

I don't think optimizing when to post your cast is going to get you that much more further. 

My naive reasoning is we are all dopamine hunting and most people are online or stay up mate for either the enjoyment / learning or even 'farming' mints and potential tokens. But just my two cents!
