after some morning work, had quite a bit of struggle finishing my morning routine. ✅ call my family ✅ workout ✅ meditation ✅ ag1 (tbh not sure what it does) and back at it feeling much much better. didn’t get good sleep thanks to loud neighbors, but it is what it is. still gonna strive to seize the day

been chugging it for nearly 1y everyday but just feels like a weird smelling green powder so far.. huberman keeps brainwashing me lol
