What are your thoughts on the style and design of this tattoo?👀

the first day is beautiful ... perfect picture 

BUT

after some months or a year all the lines merge and its an illegible mess 

please artists, study tattoo if you want to bring your art into skin!
its not paper! the skin is alive!! the ink is expanding as it reaches deeper layers of the skin over time.

artists should never do that just for money … its our duty to educate clients and the limits tattoo have in terms of design and level of detail.

100% truth, except i doubt this artist is unstudied. my guess is the client really wanted that tiny text and the artist didn't care enough to talk them out of it.

I hadn't thought about this until now, it's true that after a while the details are completely lost and the beauty of the work diminishes.  So what should someone do if they want a delicate design like this?  Does it mean that it is not possible to work in such a way that it remains the same?
