7702/5792 investigations - Metamask supports 7702 and 5792 multi calls already but is buggy (can't upgrade after rejecting once) - Ambire supports everything but implementation is outdated and reports wrong information (confirms atomic batching even if it's not possible) - Privy claims support on their demo page but it's not working - Dynamic planning to support it day one - Warpcast wallet tbd depends on privy and Merkle's work - Coinbase smart wallet supports 5792 but it's a traditional deployed smart account not an EOA

i’m not a maxi tho i need to update this w 7702 and add: eip-7702 lets users temporarily turn an account into a smart contract during a tx. it replaces eip-3074. problem: the master key (EOA) still has permanent control. you can’t revoke or limit it fully. even if the contract has rules, the key can bypass them later

i saw lightclients on a podcast and i loved how he explained 7702. he was very particular about it was designed for x and solves these aspects (eg he isn’t saying it’s a panacea which is what bothers me when others do)

Yep that’s true. But if the EOA key having full privileges is a problem you might want to do a fully onchain smart account from the beginning. AA infra is readily available and compatibility issues being ironed out
