I’ve never used multisig before 

Is it possible to create a multisig wallet that uses passkeys + yubikey security key for the signing? 

What’s the best multisig wallet and primer out there today?

i don’t see why you couldn’t. 

of note tho, apple has recently added this for security keys. not sure how this will or won’t impact things. eg for passkeys you need keychain on. and for yubi keys u need all tbis …
