Slack has been down for over 7 hours now. (Specifically: the "client.userBoot" RPC hangs for 20s, then fails.) We do a lot of our customer support via Slack channels. Totally unacceptable. Any recommendations?

it's a fascinating case study folks need to wake up w/ these productivity apps we are dependent on eg github, and now slack (i never thought about that until today)
