Updates to Payflow Balance:

- manage passkeys:  once you add passkey, no need to use email otp to connect signer; passkeys not available in Frame v2 on mobile though
- connect signer should work on Android in Frame v2 (fixed by @privy)
- connect signer OTP focus fix on mobile (when connecting from menu)
- improved payment confirmation by few seconds (there was duplicate confirmation)

I haven't fully dived into specifics, but seems webauthn credential object is not available into webview, hence privy is not showing an option to add or use passkey.
