What’s the most challenging yet delicious Chinese street food out there? I’d say it’s stinky tofu :D It has an aroma that rivals French blue cheese, but it’s incredibly tasty when you eat it.

Maybe you should try Nanjing's hairy eggs, which, in my opinion, are as good as canned herrings.
