At the same time I think that the the tipping economy (+ good incentives & tools) can simplify the process of how money flows toward value created. So it's good to at least check periodically of how this space evolves (& whether it moves in the right direction)

*nod* FWIW, the main reason I don't tip anymore (in general, not just with degen) is that the entire tipping meta requires more time, attention, and labor than I have available to give, plain and simple. I appreciate the community-building potential of tipping, but I simply can't keep up with the frequent rule changes, track all the different tokens, etc. It's a job of its own if you want to do it responsibly.
