I’m writing this with due respect and concern as a user who truly believes in the potential of your platform. However, I must express my deep disappointment with the level of customer support I’ve experienced. Over two months ago, I submitted a support request regarding an issue that has yet to be resolved. Despite following up, I haven’t received a single response. This is not just my experience there are numerous negative reviews on both the App Store and Play Store from other users reporting the same issue, lack of support and unresponsiveness. As a platform that’s growing in popularity, I believe Warpcast should prioritize user satisfaction and communication. It’s frustrating to feel unheard, especially when support is critical to ensuring a smooth and trustworthy experience. I truly hope this message reaches the right team and prompts action to improve your support system for myself and for every other user relying on your service
