One of the mistake some people make is changing house every two or three years. 

From my own little experience, I have seen people who live in a place with a great mindset and determination they either end up buying or building something even more better.

I am not telling you to manage your toxic landlord it's your pocket that will decide that.

But the money you are supposed to use to build your own house you are giving it to agent every two or three years to change your apartment because you find one or two excuses.
