Part II from yesterday: ITAP of Cenote Lol-Ha. It was pouring rain, which meant the cenote looked like “leche con chocolate” instead of turquesa, but it also meant that there were waterfalls pouring in from every side. It was pretty in a different way (not to mention super fun to jump into and swim around in).

Cenotes are so weird. Aren't they extremely deep? 100 $degen

Some are, some aren’t. We’ve been going to the deep ones where you can jump in from high up and swim around. There are some that are just deep enough to sit in but are in a cave so they count lol. I think we’re going to try to go to a shallower one today that is deeper in a cave. 200 $degen

I've been to one cenote which if I remember correctly is 70 meters deep (sorry don't know in feet but it's pretty deep for this thing)

Yeah, there was a group of scuba divers at a couple of them. A lot have networks of tunnels that lead to underground cenotes that can only be reached by diving. Cave diving is something I’ve never done, but sounds terrifying.
