I heard huberman saying this. I have the complete opposite experience. I take my word very seriously. If I say I’ll do something publicly that puts a huge pressure on me to deliver.

To me, that pressure lasts only until I realize that people already forgot what I said and no one is actually watching over me 😅 In my experience, other people don't really think about us, contrary to our illusions lol.
