I "like" a post for your sake, and I "collect" a post for my sake. Why are apps using the same form factor if the meaning of the action is fundamentally different?

I think collecting is for the other person’s sake as well, more akin to tipping

But it ends up in my inventory so it feels like it’s more about me. Also if it’s tipping we should call it that.

1. Funny enough the likes are also technically “in your inventory” in many cases even though it doesn’t seem that way i.e. if you run out of FC storage your likes will start to disappear 2. Totally agree we should just call it tipping, no one ever looks back on the onchain assets that they’ve collected
