I want to highlight a specific part of a video call *during* the call. Sort of like how a dash cam works - it's recording, I hit a button, it saves the previous + following 15s.

Know of any tools that do this?

I don't care about transcripts or AI or any of that - I just want a way to share short clips with folks on my team who weren't on the call
