PSA: we've heard from a few folks of a migration related phishing email. it's not legit. please mark as spam/block sender/etc.

we're looking into it, but it doesn't appear that way. some of the folks have their emails listed publicly (eg github), while others received emails to addresses we've never interacted with (eg personal emails)...right now it's looking like they manually targeted folks listed publicly on our website partners page
