A shot from the 5th highest mountain in NY - Whiteface. It was over 80F when I visited last October, shortly after within a week the summit was covered in snow. Grateful for my time constraints that you can drive nearly to the summit and take a short walk up from the parking lot (or an elevator if you so choose). One day I can possibly tackle this high peak, it's about 10 miles to go up and back out.
