what's the difference between active TVL and rewarded TVL on aerodrome concentrated LP? more specifically, why are some TVL active but not rewarded (i.e. is there a specific requirement to obtain "rewards"? i thought as long as price is within your LP range)

This is a question better asked in the vfat discord. From my understanding of their descriptions:
- Rewarded TVL: Staked liquidity only in the current bin
- Active TVL: Staked liquidity of positions that have some of their liquidity active in the current bin
- Staked TVL: Total staked liquidity in the pool

I'll just add that only the liquidity in the current bin gets emissions. If we take CL100-WETH/USDC as an example, 1 bin = 100 ticks. If you're staked in the active bin, you'll receive the the APR shown on the Aerodrome FE. If you're staked across 4 bins, you'll receive 1/4 of the APR.
