Physical activity helps to improve posture. Well-executed exercises strengthen the muscles of the back, lower back and neck.
While working while sitting, both feet should be placed on the floor, you can use a footrest. The knees should be slightly lower than the hips. Elbows bent, forearms parallel to the floor. It is important to sit straight and look forward without straining your neck, pressing your back against a chair or putting a pillow if there is a gap and your back is uncomfortable.
During sleep, it is recommended to use a hard mattress to support your back. Sleeping on your side or on your back is preferable to sleeping on your stomach. While sleeping on your side, you can put a small flat pillow between your legs, so your back will remain flat and straight.
Health, well-being, self-confidence and even mood largely depend on posture. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor it in all spheres of life: at work and at home. 0 reply

I want to say a few words about posture 🩻 📏
The correct posture looks like this: the head is raised high, the chin is exposed forward, the body is straightened, the chest is deployed, the shoulders are at the same level and slightly pulled back, the stomach is pulled up. If you look at a person from behind, the head, neck and spine should form a straight vertical line.
Why do you need proper posture? If the posture is correct, the load distribution is uniform. This allows you to save joints, protect cartilage tissue from premature wear. A straight back, straightened shoulders promote full-chest breathing, and gas exchange occurs more efficiently in the lungs.
I will continue in the next caste. 1 reply

Do exercises in the morning!🤸
The human body is not able to fully wake up when the alarm clock rings. And even at the moment when you have already got out of bed, all internal organs and systems still continue to "rest".
During sleep, blood circulation slows down, metabolism slows down, and mental activity decreases. That is why, during awakening, a person feels a slight lethargy. He has decreased performance, both physically and mentally. In the morning, the reaction rate is significantly worsened.
This condition can last (depending on individual characteristics) from 1 to 3 hours. To fully wake up and shake off such "inhibition", it is necessary to develop joints and muscles. In other words, you just need to do some exercises. 0 reply
