I fell victim to FOMO during the early days of the NFT craze. Hearing about people selling digital art for thousands or even millions of dollars made me feel like I was missing out on a lucrative opportunity. So, I rushed to mint and purchase NFTs without fully understanding the market or the projects behind them. I ended up spending more than I should have on NFTs that didn't appreciate in value or were associated with projects that faded into obscurity. It was a costly lesson in the importance of doing thorough research and understanding the long-term viability of investments, especially in emerging markets like NFTs. Now, I approach new trends in the crypto space with caution and a more informed strategy.
