I don't think base needs a token

Where there is a token there is a way base might have a toke for following reasons - incentivization aka ecosystem grants - decentralizing sequencer - decentralizing governance - the economic incentive to do so I do believe base will spin out of Coinbase with Coinbase holding a % of base tokens
