Think the math is optimistic, but still, I spend way more than 3hrs a day on my phone / behind a screen

Challenge is that we're up against technology deliberately designed to rob as much of our time as possible

I don't think societies response to this should be all of us doing digital detoxes, but rather, a fundamental reimagining of the addictive technologies
