GM and happy Monday!  Every week, we celebrate projects achieving meaningful milestones.

Here are this week’s highlights from projects funded by @SeiNetwork, @Celo & @Optimism.

1/ @korpdogsnft (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/korpdogs) ~ A tentative event is planned for the first half of 2025 in the UK. The venue has confirmed the date, and coordination efforts are underway with other stakeholders to finalize arrangements.

2/ Crossover (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/crossover) ~ Several significant updates have been reported. A number of new characters, including Gonad Dad, Toshi, Cappy, and the Magic Eden crew, have been introduced, with proof available on social media. 

Updates to the NFT studio art have also been completed, although some remaining pieces are pending movements within the SEI ecosystem, with proof accessible on the NFT platform. Additionally, new content has been created, primarily focusing on the Magic Eden launch. This includes memes, a "cum true" video, and frequent live streams hosted on Discord.

3/ @Fehn_ton (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/fenton) ~ Active efforts have been made to promote Sei Network and its associated games through various initiatives, including article writing, event speaking engagements, and community interactions aimed at increasing awareness.

On December 6, 2024, a Web3 event was attended in Uyo, Akwa Ibom, where the focus was on showcasing the games available on Sei. During the event, a broadband device was gifted to one of the Sei Games winners to ensure uninterrupted network access and enhance their gaming experience.

4/ God Of Iron (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/god-of-iron-1) ~ A new HP G6 laptop was purchased, significantly enhancing content creation efforts. Additionally, a gaming contest was successfully organized, contributing to community engagement. The grant also enabled the setup of an improved workspace within the apartment, providing a more productive environment for ongoing activities.

5/ @KMLLCW3 (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/pathways-for-latam) ~ A qualified pitch deck for Pathways for LATAM™ has been successfully created to support fundraising efforts beyond grant programs. The completed deck is now publicly available for download at

6/ Minties NFT (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/minties-nft) ~ The Jungle Roadmap for 2025 has been unveiled, outlining key initiatives and community activities throughout the year. In the first half of the year (Q1/Q2), major developments include the launch of Jungle Pass details, an upgrade to the Minties Marketplace, and the distribution of the first wave of Minties Boxes. Additionally, passive income will be distributed, and the first Jungle Pair featuring Gorillas and Limited Edition Bananas will be revealed. Limited Edition Jungle Huts will also be introduced, paired with The Villagers, alongside an expansion of social media efforts. 

In the second half (Q3/Q4), the roadmap includes further passive income distribution, the second wave of Minties Boxes, and the introduction of the Minties Game and Minties Resource Center.

7/ ZombSEIs (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/zombseis) ~ Despite receiving minimal funding from the most recent creator fund round, the project has successfully delivered on nearly all aspects of its roadmap. The only exception was the postponed purchase of streaming equipment, which was delayed due to limited resources. Nevertheless, the project has provided significant value to its holders and the broader SEI community. Notable efforts include direct engagement with influential figures within SEI through the creation of unique portraits and tributes, celebrating impactful projects and meme coins with special artwork. The community has flourished through collaborations with various projects, hosting game nights, poker tournaments, rumbles, giveaways, and interactive Twitter Spaces. In addition, a variety of video content, memes, and GIFs were produced, highlighting Byron Rempel’s creative process while also entertaining the audience.

8/ CaBsCrypto x SEI (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/cabscrypto-x-sei) ~ The leaderboard for Infinity Heroes is now live and players can start participating. The game is running efficiently, with fast performance from Elixir.

9/ @pchidiebere2 (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/crypto-girl) ~ The SEI GIRLS community was built to encourage greater female participation within the SEI ecosystem, though it is open to everyone, regardless of gender. The community has played a significant role in helping newcomers navigate the SEI ecosystem and grow. 

As a co-founder, the initiative has contributed to fostering inclusivity and support within the community. The ongoing impact can be explored through the community’s Discord channel.

10/ Crafty Canines (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/crafty-canines) ~ A recent update indicated that all developers have departed from Sei due to the foundation's failure to address their concerns. It was reported that the foundation has instead focused on catering to third-party influencers from emerging markets, which led to dissatisfaction within the development team.

11/ ReFi DAO - A Network Society to Regenerate the World (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/refi-dao---a-network-society-to-regenerate-the-world) ~ The project involved organizing and facilitating an onboarding event. 

The impact of this work was significant, as it successfully onboarded 100 new users to the platform. Proof of this impact can be provided through supporting materials such as charts, videos, dashboards, and weblinks, which evaluators can access to verify the results.

12/ @LeviWeb3x (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/levi-of-web-3) ~ The project successfully gained 600 organic followers, significantly growing a loyal fanbase from scratch. 

Additionally, 10 weekly gaming roundups were posted throughout 2024, keeping the community updated on SEI Gaming and its developments. Proof of this ongoing effort can also be found on their social media profile.
