Here are this week’s highlights from the funded projects from @climate_program, @OctantApp & TEC.

1/ CARBON Copy (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/carbon-copy-1) ~ Dashboard and Data Integration Q1 2025 Update:

The delivery of v1 of the ReFi Impact Dashboard has been significantly delayed, primarily due to data limitations, shifting priorities, and the lack of a dedicated developer.  

Additionally, the complexity of integrating data from 50 projects and building an interactive dashboard was underestimated, contributing to the setback.  

To address these challenges, the team plans to allocate funding from upcoming grant rounds toward hiring a developer to support the completion of the initial objectives.

2/ @maxsemenchuk (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/govgraph) ~ The product has received positive feedback from users, who highlight its potential for understanding network influence, coordination, and governance within the OP ecosystem. Emily (OP Citizen House) noted its ability to identify the most connected and influential individuals, while Griff (Citizen, Delegate) emphasized its value in planning, partnerships, and collusion monitoring within the Citizen House. Kevin Owocki (Citizen) described it as an effective way to get an overview of the OP political economy, and Divine Comedian (Citizen) appreciated its strong visual appeal. Luuk (OP Developer) expressed interest in integrating the graph into the Analytics page and enhancing the website with more visualizations and maps.

3/ @PrimeDAO_ (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/token-swaps-as-a-mechanism-for-superchain-alignment ) ~ PrimeDAO, in collaboration with Superchain Eco and Devansh Mehta, has completed the DAO Token Swaps as Ecosystem Enablers report, analyzing 50 token swaps across the Ethereum ecosystem to identify patterns of successful swaps. Additionally, the team conducted a series of internal workshops to identify key coordination mechanisms, including token swaps, that could accelerate the Superchain. As part of this effort, they mapped existing cross-Superchain collaborations to assess which mechanisms are already in use and could be leveraged further. These insights were integrated into the Analyzing Cross-Superchain Collaborations report, which was published via Superchain Eco channels.

4/ @SuperchainEco (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/superchain-innovation-research-and-competition ) ~ Superchain Eco and PrimeDAO have released key reports and initiatives to enhance governance and coordination within the Optimism ecosystem. The "Progressing the Optimism Collective Toward Functional Decentralization" report analyzes governance failures across 37 DAOs, identifying challenges such as weak governance, security vulnerabilities, and misaligned objectives. It offers solutions to improve decision-making, treasury management, and role definitions.

The "Analyzing Cross-Superchain Collaborations" report explores cooperative efforts within the Superchain, highlighting initiatives like the Superchain Delegation Program and Retro Funding. It examines how tools such as token swaps and joint ventures can strengthen interoperability and ecosystem growth.

Additionally, the Super Contributor Cohort program educated participants on Ethereum scalability, Optimism governance, and onchain engagement.

5/ Hypercerts Foundation (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/hypercerts-foundation) ~ Hypercerts has made significant progress in refining its platform, with fine-tuning completed and initial sales running smoothly. Continuous improvements are underway, and users are encouraged to report bugs or request features.
A major update includes the launch of self-reports, allowing users to add and display additional information on a creator’s feed. This feature enhances transparency by enabling the linking or uploading of supporting materials, leveraging the Ethereum Attestation Service (EAS) for secure and verifiable attestations.
Additionally, legal discussions have provided clarity on various options for the platform’s development. Further details are available upon direct inquiry.

6/ nedalabs (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/washika-dao ) ~ WashikaDAO has officially launched its v1 platform, enabling new members to create and manage onchain savings groups (DAOs). The platform introduces a range of features, including the ability to add treasurers and secretaries via SMS or email, seamless wallet creation through Thirdweb (allowing sign-in with Gmail or a mobile number), and proposal submissions for fund utilization.

Additionally, WashikaDAO incorporates a Learn2Earn model, incentivizing members to engage with the digital economy. A collective and personalized dashboard provides admins and members with transaction oversight, contribution tracking, and community backing management, streamlining DAO operations.

7/ Atlantis: Home to Changemakers (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/atlantis-home-to-changemakers ) ~ Impact Foundry has completed its initial build and conducted the first batch of early access testing. The platform is set to launch in Q1 2025, with its official website going live at impactfoundry.xyz. This milestone marks a significant step toward providing users with access to its tools and services ahead of the full release.

8/ @ief_wiki (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/impact-evaluation-foundation-iefwiki ) ~ A new GPT model has been successfully launched and integrated into IEF.wiki, enhancing the platform's capabilities. This milestone marks a key step in expanding accessible AI-driven insights within the ecosystem.

9/ $Earth - Solarpunk Dao (https://gap.karmahq.xyz/project/earth-solarpunk-dao-1) ~ SolarpunkDAO has shifted its base to BASE, enabling cross-chain functionality across the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). This strategic move enhances the platform's interoperability and scalability.

In addition, SolarpunkDAO has successfully funded solar energy projects in Colombia, marking another step in its mission to support sustainable energy solutions.
