Curious at what point - quantitatively and qualitatively - would @dwr.eth and @v say farcaster has real pmf. Some threshold of retention? Servers unable to keep up with growth for an extended period of time? Users spontaneously telling their normie friends to join farcaster?

That’s the key right there. The conversation has to be around the benefits of decentralization and not just the feature. Realistically the vast majority of end-users don’t care about decentralization (and it’s a potentially very abstract concept), but if it’s framed with a benefits-first proposition … 🙂
