if you work for a crypto project, you should be compensated in equity, and if you're not bullish on their equity and not willing to switch your salary for shares/tokens, then you're not bullish enough and shouldnt work for it equity has exponential value take the tokens

makes sense, however how do the employees cover their daily costs/rent/etc if they dont have any money saved up to begin with
