To the extent that FC will "mint new stars" I don't think it's quite the same as Twitter. I don't really feel a parasocial connection with anyone I follow there, but I def do on FC. Ofc I know lots of you IRL, but that won't be the same for most users. And I think there's something interesting there to lean into.
