Coffe is a bitch.. you’ll feel soooo much better when you get rid of it.. And you will also feel the coffe effect so much more, once you’re not used to it anymore and actually drink it only when you are v e r y tired

I drink coffee once I wake up. Then, as a pre-workout, I drink around four cups before 12 midnight. & I work the night shift, so I keep drinking throughout the night, and as you said, it's been less effective lately. Time to stop this shit!

as everything.. our bodies get used to any substance.. first time you drink alchool you get drunk after a beer.. then you get used to it same with weed.. i can literally smoke all day and (almost) nothing happens to me.. coffe is exactly the same. actually, once you've been drinking it for a long time, you will feel shitty the first days with no coffe..
