Hello foodies! Today I'm sharing a delicious recipe for classic Italian spaghetti carbonara. Cook spaghetti until al dente. In a pan, fry pancetta until crispy. Mix eggs, grated pecorino cheese, and black pepper in a bowl. Drain spaghetti, add to the pan with pancetta, then mix in the egg mixture off the heat. The residual heat will cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce. Serve hot with extra cheese and pepper. Enjoy this simple yet flavorful dish!
