Physically I am feeling indisposed from using chemicals as fuel. Emotionally I am feeling neutral and a little irritable. Mentally I am feeling innovated and immersed. Spiritually I am feeling transparent and authentic.

My friend DID buy me some string cheese! I guess it’s time to consuuumeee! Also, in one of the group therapy programs I’ve been through, we did this daily. They’re called PEMS. And we had to use descriptive feeling words. “Good” wasn’t acceptable. We had a feelings wheel to help us with our vocabulary!
