My big issue wrt Season 12 bans... AFAIK @laladeedah was NOT banned, which is truly inexplicable. This account made 350k+ in tips, 6th on the leaderboard, most of any "regular" profile -- they have 15 followers, averaging 0 engagement besides microsub tips all from the same user! @degen133.eth This was the easiest 356k degen to claw back and these profiles should obviously be permanently banned. How many artists and small farmers had to be robbed to make up for this one massive extractor? Is this a VC or insider profile? I don't get it. Inexplicable is really the best word I have for it. Super discouraging. It would be simple to ban actual bad faith users like this: - perma-ban any FID who received over 50k in tips solely from 1 or 2 or 3 donors - perma-ban any FIDs who only tipped 1 or 2 recipients the entire season That is low hanging fruit to ban tipping rings and purely extractive farmers. But instead we're targeting users who tip "reciprocally" (by a largely arbitrary definition). rain 5000 $degen

Ah good edge case to know about. Could add exclusion for approved protocols like crystalhearts, degenpad, etc. Still a simple query

I agree, he’s in a tough or maybe impossible position But again, he missed the big fish like this one who is unbelievably blatant He switched the ban list like 3 times in as many days, which is a sign of not thinking things out sufficiently It seems like the investors told him he had to cut X number of degen from the season emissions and he came up with pretty arbitrary rules to do so which has ended in banning a lot of good faith community members with no path for recourse, while failing to catch some super egregious bad faith actors
