Hmmm 🤔 i got two options for you, Mr. Nobody: 

1. Stop worrying, if it’s meant to be it will happen. Go outside and maybe pet a cat or two 🐈🐈‍⬛ this is always working on my clients 🤭

2. Just simply turn your screen upside down and fool yourself that instead of falling, it’s actually rising 😂😂 (fake it until you make)
