1. Dreamworld of Photography 
2. Interpretations of dreaminess in vision of artist 

As qualifications I can offer invite some !independent! and !modern! photographers with good taste and education in art as jury for blind picking winners. 

And make it more deep with sections 
Landscape jury for landscape;
Nude art jury for nude art;
Etc.

So it will be more clean art contest, but not a popularity/connections checker as usually in nft world. 

For this award can be required a new mint or old one.
