i could see a world in which bittorrent is supplemented by an onchain protocol to prevent tracker censorship, but it feels like bittorrent and onchain storage are diff problem spaces bittorrent ~> "anyone can store this if they want" while an onchain protocol ~> "someone must store this, and we must verify it and pay them to internalize storage costs" which, even ignoring perf overhead, feels like would work best for archiving (explicitly) economically valuable content for a known period of time
