Mega CLI is more inclined towards devs than users, and many commands are wrappers over Foundry. I am now making some commands independent of Foundry so that more people can use it. 

Just did that for mega balance and now doing it for mega faucet. 7 out of 10 commands won't need Foundry. Launching soon 🫡
