A kind word is also pleasant for a bot 🤖 According to a recent survey, about 70% of people always communicate politely with chatbots and voice assistants. Most of the polite respondents use "thank you" and "please" just like that. But 12% believe that this will help them in the event of a machine uprising. And now shocking content: as it turns out, politeness in communication increases the productivity of chatbots by up to 30%. Scientists studied the behavior of AI in English, Chinese, and Japanese. The study showed that impolite requests often led to an increase in the number of errors and omissions of important information in AI responses. While polite ones increased the accuracy of the information provided.
