I somehow ended up at a major life crossroad right now, which is becoming more and more unpleasant every day. I need to take action but anxiety is taking over. Haven’t dealt with this in at least a couple of years. 

Will start with improving and organizing my health/physical life first, otherwise dealing with mental challenges and all the related issues will be taxing af.
