Good morning my /emotional Frens!
Sigh lately The fire once bright within me glows,
Now flickers weak, as daylight slows.
Where passion soared, now shadows creep,
And in my heart, a quiet weep.
The drive I had, a roaring tide,
Has turned to whispers, pushed aside.
Each task a mountain, steep and high,
I wonder if I’ll ever fly.
The joy once found in work I did,
Now feels a cage, a door that's slid
Into the dark, where dreams once grew—
Now only dust, a muted hue.
The spark has dulled, the rhythm lost,
The warmth of hope at what cost?
Yet in this stillness, something lies—
A chance to rest, to heal, to rise.
For though my zeal has flown away,
I’ll wait for dawn, for brighter day.
Perhaps the quiet brings its own,
A quiet strength to be reborn.
