ITAP of a 🌀 If there’s one thing I’ve said to everyone I’ve met over the years, it’s that the world needs more spiral staircases. Regular stairs are dumb in comparison.

This is true. We try and add as many of them as we can into the buildings we design. They are tricky to build and the contractors always complain but at the end of the day they are always worth it - visually and for the superior horizontal circulation experience it offers 😀🌀🏆
