Absolutely based. 

I thought about adding a rib roast to the normal thanksgiving menu, but it felt like overkill. And hot swapping it in seemed too aggressive. I chickened (turkeyed?) out.

Super envious, this is a massive culinary upgrade

Friends took a vote. The Asian block votes overwhelmingly to drop the turkey for prime rib. Wife is going Kenji reverse sear method. I could not be more hype.
