have 3 posts so far, all “technical” content; kinda wanna write ab more general stuff

Metallurgy. 

That’s basically just a stand in for “anything that’s miles from what you normally focus on but has a roughly equivalent depth and complexity”

Or maybe something like Vermeer’s painting technique or northern Indian percussion or something where there’s both an intense artistic element and an intense technical element

Said more briefly: don’t pick a generic or high level topic, move laterally to some novel niche that you would have special insight on
