We should record the number of actions made on Farcaster whenever Warpcast is down to have a decent metric of alternate client usage.

If the non-WC clients create a consortium to give out some new memecoin for activity when WC is down, the client diversity problem will solve itself in a few months

I think the limit is more technical than incentives:
- cost of infrastructure (Neynar addresses this, but introduces more single-point-of-failure risk)
- business risk of infrastructure failure
- business risk of Sherlock-ing that every FC client has to navigate
