MEV (Maximum Extractable Value) has become an important topic in the blockchain industry as it involves transaction sorting and arbitrage opportunities. In order to ensure transparency, protect transactions, maintain network health, and reward participants, we have been implementing Sui improvement proposals (SIPs) and other mechanisms in a targeted manner to guide MEV on Sui.
