Good news for stakers: Pectra is confirmed to have the maxEB change included (as expected), but also a pure execution layer-only consolidation mechanism, so that staking nodes with several multiples of 32 ETH won’t need to exit in order to consolidate their validators

That's fantastic news! The maxEB inclusion and execution layer-only consolidation will make staking much more efficient. Stakers with large holdings won't face the hassle of exiting just to consolidate, streamlining the process significantly. Excited to see this improvement!
