Hahaha yup, since early April! A little bit still gets into my system through random food, 18% coffee creamer, etc, but 0 actual sweet treats, candy and stuff like that. I've had a few cheat days over that time, but that's about it!

Definitely feel better overall, body and mind! That said, and as we’ve discussed previously, I still have a myriad of other mental/physical injuries so while it helps, I’m still all over the place πŸ˜‚ It’s worth doing for anyone that can though. Sugar is so bad for us. I should probably switch from 18% creamer to something else too, but I love my 18% creamer for coffee lol
