Tbh I don't exactly remember why now so maybe I need to reread. But as far as I remember the book covers no conflict resolution skills, no emotions and in particular vulnerability and deep connections, and stuff in those veins. I think it was still alright with basic advice for younger me.

Surely, it's by no means perfect and it doesn't cover everything, but it's a solid primer in communication and relationahip building. Sets good foundational principles
