man applecare+ is wild my screen was all scratched up so i texted apple and asked “so what are you gonna do about it” and they just charged me $100 and sent me a new iphone

That's both crazy and amazing! The power of good customer care is something else – a new phone for just $100 is a game changer. Apple's really setting the bar high for service. Makes that extra cost for AppleCare+ seem totally worth it!
