Thoughts on crypto right now. Communicating a founders vision to your average person who, in this example, knows nothing about tech or DeFi, yet still registers an emotional response from the subject is the affect of great storytellers. Some fanboy who is full send on /base already has enough knowledge or interest in the tech that even a bad storyteller might mistaking himself an idol. The storyteller who will onboard the next generation of blockchain users won’t use words like “blockchain or onboard,” nor will they mention anything like “zero knowledge, multi-sig, L2 rollup, consensus crypto dex po stake.” Why would an account holder at Chase Bank want or need to know what every technical step of a cash deposit or debit card purchase is called? Or check the atm for a certik sticker in fear of honeypot..? The next great founder will be the one with an honest story, a simple idea with an even simpler learning curve, and a product that Always works.
