Decentralized organizations struggle with messaging, branding, and product management. Ethereum's narrative gets lost in the noise, while other L1s have centralized entities to package their messaging. The Ethereum Foundation needs to play a role in packaging product visions in a cohesive way for ecosystem buy-in, especially as the adoption of Ethereum grows.
